The University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City announces the enrollment for the distance learning Bachelor's program in 2026. (Phase 1) with the following content:

MAJORS AND ADMISSION QUOTAS: includes 5 majors with a total quota of 400. specifically:

1. TRAINING DURATION, TRAINING FORMAT, AND GRADUATION CERTIFICATE

1.1. Training duration

The training duration is 24 months. The actual training time depends on the number of credits the student has accumulated from other training programs and has been recognized for credit transfer. In addition, students may accelerate their studies to shorten their learning time according to the university's training regulations.

1.2. Training methods

The distance learning program is based on the university's regular undergraduate program, with course exemptions considered based on a comparison with the courses in the undergraduate transcript.

1.3. Training methods: Online on the distance learning platform of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.

1.4. Issuance of diplomas

Students who meet the graduation requirements will be awarded a Bachelor's degree by the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking in accordance with the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking, and will be eligible to apply for postgraduate studies at universities and academies nationwide.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA, CONDITIONS, AND APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

2.1. Eligibility Criteria

All citizens who meet the following conditions:

     1) Be in good health to study according to current regulations;

     2) Not in violation of the law according to current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

2.2. Eligibility Requirements

Candidates who have graduated with a bachelor's degree from domestic or foreign educational institutions with an overall academic record of 5.0 or higher (on a 10-point scale) and wish to apply for a different major than their previous bachelor's degree are eligible.

In the case of diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions, they must be recognized according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and certified by the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training, in accordance with current regulations.

3. ADMISSION PRINCIPLES

The selection process will be conducted in accordance with the principles of openness, transparency, and adherence to the approved quotas.

In the event that the number of applicants exceeds the enrollment quota for a particular major, the University will consider applicants based on their average GPA (converted to a 10-point scale) throughout their undergraduate studies. Applicants will be ranked from highest to lowest scores until the quota is filled.

In cases where candidates have equal admission scores, the University will apply the following supplementary criteria: First priority will be given to candidates with recognized foreign language certificates. Second priority will be given to candidates with work experience. Other cases will be decided by the Admissions Council.

4. Fees and tuition:
