The Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking is organizing a training course. "Implementing the Internal Control System in accordance with Circular 62/2025/TT-NHNN" Intended for People's Credit Funds, Cooperative Banks, and Microfinance Institutions.

The course aims to support organizations in updating their knowledge of new legal requirements, reviewing the current state of their internal control systems, and developing implementation plans tailored to the specific operations of each organization. The program is designed with a practical approach, focusing on key issues in the process of building and operating internal control systems according to the new regulations.

The program content includes analyzing the gaps between the reality of credit institutions and the requirements of Circular 62/2025/TT-NHNN; building a Three-Line-of-Defense model; managing key risks; designing internal controls and evaluating control effectiveness; guidance on preparing reports, building compliance documentation, and addressing practical issues encountered during implementation.

The program features the participation of instructors. Ms. Tran Thi Hai Van (FCCA, CIA) – Experts in the field of internal control and auditing, along with a team of specialized lecturers from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking.

The course is conducted in an in-person format. 2 days, June 18 and 19, 2026, in Thu Duc Campus – University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City, 56 Hoang Dieu 2 Street, Ho Chi Minh City.

Participants will receive certificates, materials, and a set of forms for implementing internal control according to Circular 62/2025/TT-NHNN, as well as post-course technical support. This is also an opportunity for units to connect and exchange experiences with experts and leaders of People's Credit Funds nationwide.
