Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB) officially announces its admissions process. Distance Learning Bachelor's Program – Second Intake 2026 This is for individuals who already have a university degree and wish to pursue further studies in a new field, enhance their expertise, and expand their career opportunities.

The program is designed with flexibility in mind, featuring online learning, allowing students to proactively manage their study time while still ensuring the quality of training meets the standards of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking.

Admissions Department

In 2026 (Phase 2), the school will recruit students for 5 training programs with a total enrollment quota. 134:

Training format and duration

• Learning format: 100% online on the School's distance learning platform.
• Training duration: from 24 months (depending on the number of credits recognized for transfer and the student's learning progress).
• Students are considered for recognition, transfer of learning outcomes, and exemption from courses in accordance with the current regulations of the University.
• Upon completing the program and meeting all graduation requirements, students are awarded a certificate. Bachelor's degree awarded by Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking., valid according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Note: For English Language major, learners study online; The end-of-semester exams are held in person in Nghe An..

Admission objects

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Graduated university at training institutions in Vietnam or abroad.
• There is an overall GPA of... 5,0/10 or more.
• There is a need to pursue further studies in a field different from the one already graduated from.

For the field of Economic Law: Candidates must meet the admission requirements for the Law group of majors as stipulated in Circular No. 06/2026/TT-BGDĐT dated February 15, 2026, of the Ministry of Education and TrainingAccordingly, applicants must:

• I have a university degree. Excellent; or
• Graduate university with a "Good" grade and have At least 3 years of work experience relevant to the field of study..

Admission method

Admissions will be based on submitted applications, ensuring transparency, fairness, and adherence to enrollment quotas.

In the event that the number of applications exceeds the quota, the University will select candidates based on their overall GPA from highest to lowest and apply priority criteria as stipulated.
