Opening of the course "Improving credit skills for corporate customers" for officers and employees of the Agribank system in Ha Tinh

OPENING OF CLASS "IMPROVING CREDIT SERVICES FOR LEGAL ENTITY CUSTOMERS" FOR STAFF AND EMPLOYEES OF AGRIBANK SYSTEM IN HA TINH

On the morning of October 2, 2023, in Ha Tinh, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) and the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Staff Training School jointly organized the opening ceremony of the KHPN/23-05 class of the training program. “Improving credit services for corporate customers” for officers and employees working at the Agribank system nationwide. This is the fifth class out of a total of 7 classes of the training program taking place from August to the end of October 2023 at Agribank's training facilities in Yen Bai, Nam Dinh, Sam Son - Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Bao Loc - Lam Dong, Long Hai - BRVT provinces.

Overview of the opening ceremony of the class in Ha Tinh

The KHPN/23-05 course took place at Agribank's training facility in Ha Tinh with 78 trainees who are leaders, employees who are Heads and Deputy Heads of Corporate Customer Departments; Corporate Customer Credit Officers and officers working in credit-related activities at the Head Office, Representative Offices, Branches and Transaction Offices of Agribank in the areas of Ha Nam, Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Thua Thien Hue, Dong Gia Lai, ... The course took place from October 2 to October 6, 2023 with the following contents: (1) Loan appraisal and management; (2) Real estate appraisal; (3) Assessment, ranking, identification and management of credit risks for corporate customers; (4) Import-export financing and bank guarantees.

At the opening ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien - Representative of Agribank Staff Training School expressed her gratitude to the HUB's teaching staff. She also hoped that with the dedication and responsibility of the teachers; the enthusiasm and seriousness of the students, the KHPN/23-05 class will continue to achieve many successes, contributing to the overall success of the training program. At the same time, she also hoped that this would be an opportunity for Agribank staff to equip and update more in-depth professional knowledge to better understand the credit process for corporate customers, effectively apply modern methods and tools in rating, identifying and managing credit risks for corporate customers in accordance with international practices, standards and current legal regulations and also an opportunity to strengthen the relationship of exchange, solidarity and learning within the whole system, contributing to the successful implementation of the business strategy that Agribank has set out in the coming time.
