Pioneer Hub collaborates with the Digital Asset Management Center (TSS) and the Digital Asset Alliance of Vietnam (DAVN) to provide practical training in digital asset business.

This morning, February 2nd, 2026, at its headquarters at 36 Ton That Dam Street, Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB) successfully held a signing ceremony for a training cooperation agreement with the Center for Digital Asset Management (TSS), under the professional sponsorship of the Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance (DAVN). This event marks a significant milestone as it is the first time a public university has incorporated the content of "Business and Management of Digital Assets" into its systematic and comprehensive training program.

Attending the ceremony, on behalf of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB), were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung – Rector of the University, along with leaders of various Faculties and functional departments.

On the partner side, the ceremony was honored to welcome Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang – Chairman of the Digital Asset Management Center (TSS), along with senior experts representing the Vietnam Digital Asset Alliance (DAVN).

Overview of the Cooperation Signing Ceremony

Speaking at the ceremony, Professor Nguyen Duc Trung emphasized: “In the context of the digital economy becoming the main driving force of growth, the labor market is demanding human resources who not only understand traditional banking operations but also master modern Fintech tools. This cooperation affirms HUB's pioneering position in bridging the 'gap' between academic theory and market practice, helping students access financial technology proactively and safely.” The training model is “Learning by Doing” on the DNEX platform.

Professor Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung – Rector of HUB, shared at the ceremony.

According to the cooperation agreement, the training program "Developing Business Capabilities and Digital Asset Management" will be implemented based on the principle of "Learning by Doing - Experiencing." A special highlight of the program is the participation of the Digital Asset Management Center (TSS) and the Digital Asset Alliance of Vietnam (DAVN) in providing technological infrastructure and professional support. Specifically:

Students practice trading on the DNEX simulation platform with real-time market data, allowing them to experience accurate price fluctuations in a completely safe environment (Sandbox). The program focuses on equipping students with long-term value investing mindsets, capital risk management skills, and strict adherence to legal regulations, helping them avoid financial pitfalls and short-term speculative thinking.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang – Chairman of TSS shared: “TSS and DAVN are committed to partnering with HUB in standardizing the teaching staff and providing the most in-depth market analysis tools. We believe that the combination of HUB's solid academic foundation and TSS's practical technology will create a generation of highly ethical and competent digital asset management experts for Vietnam.”

It is expected that the first pilot training course will officially enroll and commence in Q2/2026 with a scale of 1,000 – 1,500 students.

The two units signed the agreement in the meeting room of the HUB facility.

Today's signing ceremony not only opens up new learning opportunities for HUB students but also contributes to realizing the national strategy on developing the digital economy and high-quality Blockchain human resources.

Leaders of the two units, along with esteemed teachers and experts, took a commemorative photo at the HUB headquarters.

Detailed information about the course will be updated soon on the official portal of the University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City.
