On the morning of May 9, 2026, Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB), in collaboration with Agribank Hue Branch, held the opening ceremony for the course "Enhancing Leadership and Management Capacity at Department Level," with the participation of numerous trainees, including managers and leaders from affiliated units.
