Course 3 of the training program "Implementing the Internal Control System according to Circular 62/2025/TT-NHNN".

More than just a program to update on new regulations, this course is designed to support credit institutions throughout their development process. Transforming the requirements of Circular 62/2025/TT-NHNN into practical implementation solutions.This is in line with the specific operational characteristics of each unit. This is also an important preparatory step to help credit institutions proactively improve their internal control systems before the Circular officially takes effect from [date]. 01/01/2027.

The success of the two previous courses was demonstrated not only by the number of participants but also by the practical value the program delivered. Throughout the training, participants had the opportunity to directly interact with experts, analyze real-world scenarios, share implementation experiences at their respective units, and collaboratively seek solutions that meet the new requirements of the management agency. These lively discussions, diverse perspectives, and the connections between different units created the unique value of the program.

With Course 3HUB continues to update practical content, closely adhering to the requirements of Circular 62/2025/TT-NHNN as well as the practical needs of credit institutions. The program focuses on key areas such as model building. Three lines of defenseEstablishing a risk management framework and risk appetite, identifying and assessing key risks, designing an internal control system according to international standards, and developing monitoring and reporting mechanisms and implementation roadmaps appropriate to the scale of operations of each unit.

In particular, the program continues to have the support of Miss Tran Thi Hai Van (MSc, FCCA, CIA) International experts in the field of auditing and internal control. With many years of experience consulting and training for domestic and international financial institutions, the instructors will provide in-depth knowledge, typical case studies, and practical experience that students can immediately apply to their work at their respective organizations.

In addition to professional content, the course also serves as a forum for leaders and staff of People's Credit Funds, Cooperative Banks, and microfinance institutions to meet, connect, share experiences, and discuss issues arising in the process of building and operating internal control systems.
