In accordance with Study Plan No. 1912/TB-ĐHNH dated November 25, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB) organized the first phase of the 2025-2026 academic year's end-of-course exams on April 12, 2026, at the Nghe An University (NAU) examination center, for distance learning students in the Central region.

The exam was held at the Nghe An University campus with the participation of a large number of students from provinces in the Central region. The exam organization was meticulously prepared, with close coordination between HUB and the partner unit to ensure adequate facilities and examination rooms, creating the best possible conditions for students to take the exam. The exam was conducted seriously, objectively, and fairly, in accordance with HUB's training and examination regulations.
Before the exam, students participated in an orientation session to familiarize themselves with important information. During this session, Dr. Nguyen Thi Cam Phu – Deputy Director of the Center for Distance Learning and Technology Transfer Consulting – representing the university, met with and spoke directly with the students, emphasizing the importance of serious and honest study habits during the exam.

In addition, Ms. Huynh Do Bao Chau, Deputy Head of the Examination and Quality Assurance Department, fully disseminated the examination regulations and rules, and provided guidance on important points to help students understand the process and comply with the University's examination regulations.

This examination covered multiple modules with diverse assessment methods, reflecting the flexible nature of the distance learning program. The invigilators from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking and the Nghe An University collaborated to organize the examination seriously, in accordance with regulations, ensuring fairness and transparency.

Organizing exams at regional testing centers like Nghe An further affirms HUB's efforts in expanding its nationwide distance learning network, creating favorable conditions for learners to participate in learning and assessment without having to travel far, saving time and costs.
The first phase of the 2025-2026 academic year's end-of-semester exams at the Nghe An examination center took place safely, seriously, and effectively, contributing to improving the quality of training and affirming the prestige of the HUB distance learning program in the higher education system.
