HUB collaborates with the State Bank of Vietnam to enhance digital transformation capacity in Party work.

Digital transformation is becoming an urgent requirement in current Party work. The training program implemented by HUB in coordination with the State Bank of Vietnam contributes to enhancing the technological application capacity of cadres in the new era.

In the context of reforming leadership methods and improving the effectiveness of Party work, digital transformation is playing an increasingly important role. Based on this, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB) has collaborated with the State Bank of Vietnam (Party Committee Office) to organize a training program on digital transformation. Applying information technology and digital transformation in Party work., in which the Distance Learning and Technology Transfer Consulting Center (DTC) is the coordinating unit.

The training course was held on April 8, 2026, at the headquarters of the State Bank of Vietnam (Hanoi), with the participation of approximately 60 trainees who are officials specializing in Party work.

Attending the program were Comrade Pham Tien Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, along with representatives of the leadership of units, departments, and bureaus under the State Bank of Vietnam; experts in the field of digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI); lecturers from the University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City; and all trainees who are Party members in the State Bank of Vietnam system.

Deputy Governor Pham Tien Dung delivered a speech at the program.

Delivering a keynote address at the opening ceremony, Deputy Governor Pham Tien Dung emphasized the need to promote the application of information technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence in Party work, in order to improve management and administration efficiency and meet the requirements of innovation in the current period.

Training content is linked to the practical realities of digital transformation.

The program content is systematically structured, focusing on: 04 main content groups Regarding the application of information technology and digital transformation in Party work, the topics are designed in a practical manner, closely aligned with job requirements, enabling trainees to immediately apply them to their professional activities.

The HUB faculty team provides direct instruction.

Accompanying the program is a team of lecturers and experts from the University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City, from the Faculty of Management Information Systems and the Faculty of Business Administration, with experience in digital transformation, data analysis, and artificial intelligence applications.

Typically, the topics presented include:

Dr. Trinh Hoang Nam, Head of the Department of Management Information Systems, University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City

Master's degree holder Le Minh Hoang Long, expert in digital innovation and AI training, Faculty of Business Administration.

The instructors directly guided the trainees in accessing modern technological tools, while also linking the training content to practical situations in Party work.

Contributing to enhancing digital capabilities within the State Bank of Vietnam system.

Through this program, participants are equipped with knowledge and skills to apply information technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence in their professional work, thereby contributing to improved management and operational efficiency and meeting the requirements of innovation within the State Bank of Vietnam system.
