HUB, in collaboration with the State Bank of Vietnam, is implementing a training program on "Data Analysis and Reporting" for officials and civil servants.

The University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City, in collaboration with the State Bank of Vietnam, is implementing a training program on "Data Analysis and Reporting," contributing to enhancing the digital capabilities of officials and employees throughout the banking sector.

In accordance with Decision No. 2222/QD-NHNN on the training program for digital knowledge and skills, the State Bank of Vietnam, in collaboration with the University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City, organized a training program for staff working in data analysis and synthesis, and other positions requiring enhancement of digital capabilities to support their professional work.

Within the framework of this collaboration, the University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City organized the program with the participation of the Center for Distance Learning and Technology Transfer Consulting, a unit under its direct supervision responsible for coordinating and organizing training activities.

Nguyen Van Nhat, Director of the Distance Learning & Technology Transfer Consulting Center at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking, delivered a speech at the training course.

The program took place over two days, April 9th and 10th, 2026, at the State Bank of Vietnam headquarters, with the participation of data analysts and synthesizers, as well as individuals seeking to enhance their digital skills in their work.

The training content is practical and closely aligned with the digital transformation requirements of the banking industry.

As the coordinating unit, HUB develops training content that combines theoretical foundations with practical applications, ensuring practicality and high applicability. The program focuses on core content such as data overview and the C-ADAPT analytical framework, techniques for collecting and cleaning data from multiple sources, data visualization methods and dashboard construction, and guides trainees in implementing data analysis projects and presenting results according to a complete process.

The program is taught by a team of experienced lecturers from the University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City, providing a systematic, up-to-date, and industry-relevant perspective.

The highlight of the program is the C-ADAPT analytical framework, a modern approach that helps students master the data analysis process systematically, from problem identification, data segmentation, data exploration, to method selection, presentation, and result validation.

Associate Professor Dr. Le Hoang Anh, Faculty of Banking, University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City, lectured on a topic about data overview and the C-ADAPT analytical framework.

Applying technology and AI in report generation.

The program focuses on applying technology and artificial intelligence in data analysis and report generation automation. Students are guided in using tools like Python for data processing and control, and learn standardized methods for analyzing and presenting reports, as well as designing dashboards for management and decision-making.

Through the "learning by doing" training method, trainees not only acquire knowledge but also directly build specific products such as economic analysis reports, data visualization systems, trend forecasting models, and comprehensive dashboards, which can be immediately applied to their work at their respective organizations.

Contributing to improved digital capabilities and operational efficiency.

Organizing this training program is a concrete step in the digital transformation roadmap of the State Bank of Vietnam, contributing to enhancing data analysis capabilities and data-driven decision-making throughout the system. At the same time, this activity further affirms the role of the University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City in collaborating with state management agencies to improve the quality of human resources.

Through this program, officials and civil servants are equipped with modern data analysis knowledge and skills, thereby improving the quality of advice, management, and administration in the context of digital transformation.
