Ho Chi Minh City Banking University visited and worked with Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Occupational Safety and Health

On the afternoon of February 27, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) visited and worked with the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Occupational Safety and Health to deploy training cooperation programs in 2024.

In the dynamic atmosphere in the days after the Lunar New Year 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University and Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Science held an important working program, marking a new step forward in the training and research fields of the two units. The working session was organized with the aim of introducing and learning more about the two units, thereby opening up a promising direction for cooperation in training fields that are increasingly in high demand such as Logistics, artificial intelligence (AI), data science and E-Learning, ... thereby further promoting the strengths of the two units in the fields of training and research.

Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hai - Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Science thanked the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City for visiting and working at the Institute. He highly appreciated the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City with its spacious and fully equipped facilities, along with a team of highly qualified and experienced lecturers who will meet the requirements of the cooperation program between the two units in the coming time.

Regarding the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung - President of HUB also respectfully thanked the leaders of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Science of Ho Chi Minh City and hoped that after the working session, the two units would quickly implement practical cooperation programs to promote the strengths of both sides. He also affirmed that the cooperation between the two units not only brings development benefits to the two units but also creates conditions for students to have more opportunities to study and experience in a modern and spacious learning environment to contribute to the development of society and the community.

Through the exchange, the two sides discussed the opportunities and challenges in implementing training programs. Both units emphasized the importance of training high-quality human resources to meet the increasing demands of the labor market in the digital age. In particular, the application of new technologies such as AI and data science in the logistics field and the development of E-Learning courses will open up many new opportunities for both students and lecturers of the two units.

At the meeting, the two sides agreed to sign a cooperation agreement, committing to jointly build and develop quality training and research programs that are in line with the development trends of society and the needs of the labor market. This cooperation agreement not only marks the cooperation between education and scientific research but also affirms the commitment of Ho Chi Minh City Banking University and Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Science in enhancing the value of contributions to the training process, sustainably developing high-quality human resources to meet the needs of society in the current context./.
