Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) in collaboration withAgribank Long An Branch organizes training course "Advanced sales skills"

On May 21 & 22, 2022 and May 28 & 29, 2022, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University in collaboration with Agribank Long An Branch successfully organized the training course "Advanced Sales Skills" for the bank's staff and employees to contribute to improving knowledge and perfecting necessary skills to better serve customers, increasing competitive advantage in business activities.

With the goal of improving customer identification skills; Analyzing customer needs; Identifying customer psychology and behavior; Building and practicing scenarios to refuse and persuade customers and improving customer care skills to maintain, restore and develop service quality during operations. Ho Chi Minh City Banking University has provided a team of highly qualified and experienced lecturers, creating a vibrant, friendly learning atmosphere and encouraging high interaction. The course has provided students with a lot of important professional knowledge and useful skills that are highly applicable to the actual work positions they are undertaking.
