Ho Chi Minh City Banking University announces enrollment for Distance Learning at university level, Phase 3, 2025 with the following content:

2. Training time

The training time is designed according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the actual training time depends on the number of credits that the learner has accumulated from other training programs and is recognized for transfer credit. In addition, learners can study ahead to shorten the study time according to the training regulations of the School.

1. Training method: Online on the distance learning platform of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.
2. Diploma

Graduates will be awarded a Bachelor's degree by Ho Chi Minh City Banking University and will be able to continue their studies in Master's and Doctoral programs at Universities, Academies, etc.

1. Admission requirements

• Candidates who have been recognized as graduating from high school in Vietnam or have a foreign diploma recognized as equivalent or higher, as of the time of admission;
• Candidates have a vocational secondary school diploma and have completed the required amount of high school cultural knowledge as prescribed;
• Candidates have been recognized as College graduates;
• Candidates who have been recognized as university graduates can apply for admission to a training program different from the one they graduated from.

In case of having a Diploma from a foreign school, it must be recognized as equivalent according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

• Candidates wishing to have their learning outcomes recognized and credits transferred must submit the following documents:
• 01 notarized copy of University Diploma
• University transcript/Diploma supplement.
• Candidates wishing to be given priority for admission must submit one of the following additional documents:
• 01 notarized copy of valid Foreign Language Certificate according to current regulations;
• 01 Certificate of working time confirmed by the working unit/ or a copy of VssID.

• Method 1: Subjects who have a university degree.
• Method 2: Subjects who have a High School/Intermediate/College diploma.

1. Admission requirements
   1. Subjects with a university degree

• Admission based on university level academic results.
• Admission score is the cumulative average score at university level.
• The admission threshold is from 5.0 points or higher, calculated on a 10-point scale. In case the score is different from the 10-point scale, it will be converted to a 10-point scale for admission consideration. The admission score will be considered from high to low until the quota is met.
  1. Candidates with a High School/College/Vocational Diploma

Case 1: Admission based on high school academic results (transcript).

• Candidates have a total score of 3 subjects for the entire 12th grade year, belonging to the admission groups with the registered major, reaching the score level prescribed by the Admissions Council.
• Candidates choose one of the subject groups to register for admission.
• Admission score is the score of 12th grade subjects in the admission combination, plus priority points for subjects (if any) according to current Admission Regulations.
• Admission threshold from 15 points or more.

Case 2: Admission based on the results of the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam.

Candidates have the total score of the exam subject according to the admission subject combination. Candidates have the total score of 3 subjects of the 2025 national high school graduation exam, belonging to the admission combination with the registered major, reaching the score level prescribed by the Admissions Council.

• Candidates choose one of the subject groups to register for admission.
• Admission scores are the scores of the 2025 national high school graduation exam subjects in the admission combination, plus priority points for subjects (if any) according to current admission regulations.
• Admission threshold from 15 points or more.

Admission will be based on priority order until the enrollment quota is met. The priority order is as follows:

(1) Subject 1: Have a university degree;

(2) Subject 2: Have a college degree;

(3) Subject 3: Have a secondary school diploma;

(4) Subject 4: Have high school diploma or equivalent.

In case candidates have the same admission score, the School will apply the following additional criteria: First priority is given to candidates with recognized foreign language certificates according to regulations. Second priority is given to candidates with evidence related to seniority.

• Other cases are decided by the Admissions Council.
