Training course "Improving technology capacity with AI" in the operation of the People's Credit Fund"

In the context of strong digital transformation today, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology to the operations of People's Credit Funds (PCFs) is a key factor to improve efficiency, optimize processes and minimize risks. Training course "Enhancing technological capacity with AI in People's Credit Fund operations" organized by HUB provides knowledge and practical skills to apply AI tools to specific operations of People's Credit Funds (PCFs), helping students optimize work, improve productivity and quality.
- TRAINING CONTENT
The course will be held in 02 days, focusing on applying AI to solve practical problems at People's Credit Funds through the following modules:
Day 01: Exploring AI and its internal applications – From theory to interactive practice
- Overview of AI and its applications in finance and banking
- Applying AI in administration, human resources, and legal work
Day 02: Enhancing Professional and Personal Performance with AI – Focusing on Practicality and Creativity
- AI applications in credit and accounting
- AI applications in communication, internal control and creating Virtual Assistants
- TIME, LOCATION, TUITION FEES and STUDENT RIGHTS
- Time: September 20 and 21, 2025 (8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.; 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
- Location: Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, No. 56 Hoang Dieu 2 Street, Thu Duc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Tuition: 1.650.000 VND/student
- Learner's rights:
- Students are awarded Certificates by HUB from Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City
- Students can use the field for free. pickleball, badminton, ping pong and pool right on campus
- There is tea break during classes and 02 lunches for students.

AT PEOPLE'S CREDIT FUND
DAY 1: DISCOVERING AI AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN INTERNAL WORK
Morning: Overview of AI and its applications in finance and banking
- Learn about AI and the latest tech trends with interactive infographics.
- Explore the role and benefits of AI in the banking and finance industry.
- Get familiar with popular AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Gamma, Napkin, …).
- Practice: Join the game “AI Challenge”.
Afternoon: AI applications in administration, human resources, and law
- Administration: Learn how to use AI to draft, summarize, manage documents, and plan work.
- Personnel: Learn how AI helps screen resumes, build training plans, and evaluate performance.
- Legal: Use AI to quickly look up legal documents and compare regulations.
- Practice: Summary of official dispatch; AI interview; Legal information comparison
DAY 2: IMPROVE YOUR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND PERSONALIZE YOUR WORK WITH AI
Morning: AI applications in credit and accounting
- Credits: Learn how to use AI to analyze financial data, evaluate business plans, and assess credit risk.
- Accountant: Learn how to use AI to automate data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Practice:
- Analyze hypothetical customer financial statements using AI to assess debt repayment capacity, then present and get feedback from the team.
- Use AI to generate financial reports from sample data and share improvements with classmates.
Afternoon: Communications, Internal Control and Creating a Virtual Assistant
- Communications & Customer Care:
- Use AI to create media content, design banners, and build automated consulting scripts.
- Join the “Chatbot Battle”
- Internal control: Learn how AI analyzes data to detect unusual transactions and generate control reports.
- Create a Personal Virtual Assistant: Learn how to build a custom AI Virtual Assistant to help with personal tasks.
