CLOSING CEREMONY OF TRAINING COURSE "MODERN BANKING SPECIALIST" FOR AGRIBANK STAFF, SOUTH DONG NAI BRANCH
On the afternoon of January 12, 2025, at the Agribank Nam Dong Nai Branch hall, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) cooperated with Agribank Nam Dong Nai Branch to successfully organize the Closing Ceremony of the training course "Modern Banking Specialist". The program marks an important step forward in the effort to improve staff capacity, meeting the sustainable development requirements of the Agribank system in general and Agribank Nam Dong Nai Branch in particular.
The Closing Ceremony was honored to welcome the Board of Directors of Agribank Nam Dong Nai Branch, Director of Agribank Cam My District Branch, Director of Agribank Nhon Trach Branch, leaders of the Center for Distance Learning and Technology Transfer Consulting HUB, and lecturers participating in teaching the course.
The objective of the training course “Modern Banking Specialist” is designed to provide, consolidate and update modern knowledge in the field of finance and banking, thereby improving professional capacity and practical skills for Agribank staff.
The results recorded after more than 6 months of serious study, the school has recognized the participation and very active efforts of 45 students from Agribank Nam Dong Nai, Cam My District, and Nhon Trach branches. All students have completed the training program excellently and deserve to be awarded a certificate of completion of the course with outstanding achievements by the school.
Speaking at the ceremony, The Director of Agribank Nam Dong Nai Branch expressed his deep gratitude to the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City for its enthusiastic support and companionship in training. At the same time, the Board of Directors of Agribank also affirmed the important role of updating knowledge, applying technology and renewing thinking in the context of the increasingly developing and competitive banking industry.
On the HUB side, the leader of the Center for Distance Learning and Technology Transfer Consulting emphasized the importance of cooperation between schools and businesses. This is not only an opportunity to improve the quality of human resources but also a bridge connecting theory and practice in the finance and banking industry.
The Closing Ceremony ended in a solemn and emotional atmosphere. The knowledge and skills gained from the training course are not only important assets to help Agribank staff confidently cope with challenges at work, but also contribute to creating sustainable values for the organization.
