CLOSING CEREMONY OF THE COLLABORATIVE TRAINING PROGRAM BETWEEN THE SCHOOLS HO CHI MINH CITY BANKING UNIVERSITY AND E.SUN BANK – TAIWAN

On the evening of November 23, 2023, at Amata Industrial Park, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) cooperated with E.SUN Bank Limited - Taiwan (E.SUN Bank) to successfully organize the Closing Ceremony of the training program for E.SUN Bank officers and employees working in Vietnam.

The ceremony was held at E.SUN Bank Dong Nai Branch and connected online with three points at the Hanoi Representative Office, Headquarters in Taiwan and Branch in Cambodia, contributing to creating a solemn and cozy atmosphere.

Attending the ceremony were Ms. Kathy Kuo - Deputy General Director of Foreign Branch Management Department (bridge point in Cambodia), Mr. Wang - Chief of Staff (bridge point at Taiwan Headquarters), Mr. Alex Soung - General Director of Dong Nai Branch, Mr. Gary Kuo - Director of Operations of Dong Nai Branch representing E.SUN Bank. On the HUB side, there were Dr. Nguyen Tran Phuc - Vice Principal of the School, Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat - Director of the Center for Training in Economics, Finance - Banking (FBC), Dr. Nguyen Thi Cam Phu - Deputy Director of FBC and Dr. Nguyen Thi Hang Nga - Head of Department, Faculty of Accounting and Auditing. Along with the participation of Directors, Deputy Directors of Departments and more than 100 students who are officers and employees currently working at E.SUN Bank in Vietnam.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Kathy Kuo expressed her thanks to HUB and highly appreciated the training quality and professionalism of HUB. She emphasized that the training program will be one of the factors contributing to improving the quality of human resources of E.SUN Bank, supporting the construction of “The best banking network” in the region with the business philosophy of “Professionalism – Service – Responsibility”.

Mr. Wang - Head of Human Resources at Taiwan Headquarters also expressed E.SUN Bank's interest in human resource training, considering this a key factor to provide the best service to customers and promote the development of cross-border business networks.

As a student representing more than 100 students who are officers and employees of E.SUN Bank, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang shared that: This course not only provides knowledge but also brings a lot of new energy in work and life, not only for her but also for the staff at E.SUN Bank in Vietnam. She added that the modern teaching methods of the teachers have helped her and her colleagues absorb and acquire knowledge quickly and effectively, and especially apply the knowledge learned into real work. She hopes that the knowledge learned will contribute to the success of E.SUN Bank in the future.

Dr. Nguyen Tran Phuc – Vice Principal of HUB thanked E.SUN Bank for their trust and shared the joy with more than 100 students who had successfully completed the learning content over the past 6 months and today they truly deserved to receive the Certificate of Completion of the training program. He hoped that this knowledge would contribute to improving the service quality and dedication to customers of E.SUN Bank.
