HUB WITH TRAINING COURSE "EFFECTIVE COUNTER SALES SKILLS" FOR AGRIBANK STAFF - NAM DONG NAI
Banking activities are increasingly fiercely competitive. To attract and retain customers, in addition to providing prestigious and quality products and services that meet customers' needs, the cultural factor and working style of the bank's staff also play a very important role. The image, style and skills of bank staff during the working process have a great impact on customers and this is the reflection of a bank. Just one customer dissatisfaction during the transaction process will also reduce the reputation of the bank and vice versa.
For these reasons, on November 12, 2022, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam - Nam Dong Nai Branch (Agribank - Nam Dong Nai) cooperated with Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) to successfully organize the training course "Effective Counter Sales Skills" for more than 160 officers and employees in the system. The training course helps bank officers and employees gain more skills to effectively exploit each type of customer; know how to advise, understand what customers want to receive from the products and services provided by the bank; help understand the customer's personality to successfully persuade and understand the importance of "First impression in sales", thereby helping to build a successful consulting script and handle customer rejection.
In recent times, Agribank – Nam Dong Nai and HUB have regularly coordinated to organize professional and skill training courses to build a team of qualified and professional bank staff, thereby contributing to enhancing the value, building and affirming the bank’s brand. The success of the training course once again affirms the quality of training that HUB has provided to Agribank in particular, and organizations and businesses in general in the development process of organizations and businesses.
