On the morning of April 21, 2025, in Tien Giang province, the training course "AI application skills in office management" was officially opened, attracting the attention of many officials, administrative staff, and representatives of small and medium enterprises in the province. The program was organized by the Center for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support (TISA) under the Department of Finance of Tien Giang province in coordination with Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB), aiming to improve work efficiency, reduce pressure and optimize administrative processes through the application of artificial intelligence.

      Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Truong Thi Phuong Trang - Deputy Director of TISA emphasized: “Today, we are here not only to start a new course, but to open a door – the door to the future of administrative and office work. Artificial intelligence is no longer a distant concept but is gradually becoming an essential tool in administrative work, from word processing, planning, to summarizing reports, making presentations, etc. If we do not proactively approach it, we will most likely be left behind.”

This is a testament to the pioneering role of the University in training high-quality human resources, accompanying organizations and businesses in the digital transformation process.

     During the course, students will be exposed to basic to advanced knowledge about AI, and directly practice with office application tools such as automatic word processing, work schedule management, data analysis, quick decision making, etc. In addition, group discussions and sharing of practical experiences have created a lively and practical learning atmosphere.

      The training course ended with excitement and satisfaction of the students. Not only equipping practical skills, the program also strongly inspired a modern, professional working environment, where technology and people resonate together to create new values.
