HUB and Agribank Thua Thien Hue successfully organized the training program "Counter sales skills"

HUB AND AGRIBANK THUA THIEN HUE SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED TRAINING PROGRAM "COUNTER SALES SKILLS"

Faced with the trend of global integration and the strong development of the current digital technology revolution. To adapt and survive under the pressure of increasingly fierce competition when the gap in quality of financial products and services that banks provide to the market is increasingly narrowing, the professionalism of the bank staff is one of the important factors contributing to the growth and development of banks. Understanding that difficulty, in addition to applying digital technology to the operation process, focusing on investing in modern infrastructure to develop and improve the quality of products and services to meet the increasing needs of customers. Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Thua Thien Hue Branch (Agribank – Thua Thien Hue) also constantly focuses on training to possess a high-quality, professional, sensitive and flexible human resource to aim for the increasingly strong development of Agribank – Thua Thien Hue in particular, and the entire Agribank system in general.

Following the success of the Training Program "Updating knowledge on banking accounting" held in August 2023. On October 14, 2023, Agribank - Thua Thien Hue continued to coordinate with Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) to organize the Training Program “Counter selling skills” for more than 80 students who are officers and employees working at Agribank - Thua Thien Hue.

Students participate in activities in the course 

Coming to the training program, HUB provides a team of lecturers with high professional qualifications, rich experience and deep understanding of banking business activities. In addition, the training content built by HUB ensures that learners are aware of the importance of sales; help learners have the skills to overcome barriers to communicate successfully with customers; know how to apply the principles of communication in business to analyze, understand the psychology and personality of customers, thereby helping to build a consulting script, handle customer rejections successfully and gradually create a "First impression" and "Effective innovation" in sales style.

Reaching customers is not easy in today's competitive environment, but retaining customers and turning them into loyal customers of the bank is an extremely difficult task. The image, style and skills of the bank's staff, especially the bank's staff, are a reflection of the bank, an important factor contributing to the success of banks in the future. The success of the course continues to affirm the quality of training that HUB has brought to banks, organizations and businesses over the past time. At the same time, it further strengthens the relationship and cooperation between the two units on the path of continuous development.
