On May 17 & 18, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) in collaboration with the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Branch (Agribank Binh Thuan) successfully organized the first training course with the topic “AI Application Skills in Banking Work”.

The course attracted more than 80 students who are leaders and employees working at Agribank Binh Thuan. In the program, students are not only equipped with basic knowledge of AI but also directly practice tools and apply AI to professional work such as: optimizing business processes, analyzing customer data, supporting decision making, improving personal and management performance.

This new topic is the next step in the series of AI skills training programs implemented by HUB in many provinces and cities. Previously, HUB successfully organized the courses "AI application skills in office work" in Tien Giang province, "AI application skills in administrative work and auditing activities at People's Credit Funds" in Dong Nai province.

This program is taught directly by MSc. Le Hoai An, with a modern approach, closely following the practical work of banking. The lively classroom atmosphere, the eagerness to learn and the serious learning spirit of the Agribank Binh Thuan team have created an effective and inspiring academic exchange environment.
HUB and Agribank have cooperated for many years to organize training programs to improve the capacity of human resources, with many diverse topics suitable to the practical needs of the unit. The implementation of the topic of applying AI in the banking sector marks a new step in the journey of accompanying the digital transformation process of the Agribank system.
The second class of this topic is expected to continue to be held on June 6 & 7, 2025, continuing to spread knowledge values and improve technological capacity for banking personnel in Binh Thuan.
