HUB successfully organized a training course on Updating new points of the Land Law, Real estate, housing and the Law on Credit Institutions 2024 at Agribank Hoc Mon

On June 8 & 9, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Hoc Mon Branch (Agribank Hoc Mon) successfully coordinated to organize a training course “Update on new points of the Law on Land, Real Estate, Housing and Law on Credit Institutions in 2024” for nearly 80 students who are members of the Board of Directors and Heads, Deputy Heads, and staff of specialized departments and offices of Agribank Hoc Mon.

Overview of the training course

The objective of the training course is to help Agribank Hoc Mon staff update and master the latest regulations of the Law on Land, Real Estate, Housing and the Law on Credit Institutions 2024; provide the necessary skills to assess, manage and minimize risks related to land, real estate, housing and credit activities, thereby helping bank staff to be able to advise customers accurately and effectively based on the latest changes in the law, contributing to improving service quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that bank operations always comply with legal regulations, avoiding violations and possible legal consequences.

Lecturers share and exchange with students

With scientific teaching methods, flexibly applying theory to handle practical situations, the team of lecturers from HUB not only helps students promptly and accurately grasp new points in the Law on Land, Real Estate, Housing and the Law on Credit Institutions 2024, but also creates opportunities to exchange, discuss and answer questions about situations arising in practice, thereby helping bank staff work effectively and in accordance with the law, minimizing legal risks during operations.

This is also an opportunity to update knowledge, improve skills to help work more accurately and effectively. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to encourage bank staff to continue studying and developing their expertise, contributing to the sustainable development of the bank and enhancing the reputation of Agribank.

Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dang - Deputy Director of Agribank Hoc Mon expressed his thanks to HUB, the enthusiasm and professionalism of the lecturers as well as the learning spirit of Agribank Hoc Mon staff. He also emphasized the importance of the training course and updating legal knowledge in the banking and real estate sectors as well as the practical value of updating legal knowledge, promptly grasping the directions of monetary policy management, macroeconomic policies of the Party, Government and State Bank, contributing to improving the quality of expertise, professionalism, limiting risks in banking business activities, contributing to further improving the business efficiency of Agribank Hoc Mon in particular and the Agribank system in general.

Also at the Closing Ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat - Director of the Center for Distance Learning and Technology Transfer Consulting HUB expressed his gratitude to the Board of Directors of Agribank Hoc Mon for trusting and choosing HUB as a companion in the training work of the unit. He also expressed his gratitude to the Organizing Committee of the course as well as the spirit of responsible learning of the leadership team and staff of Agribank Hoc Mon for contributing to the overall success of the training course. In addition, he also expressed his expectations to the staff participating in the training course and believed that the trainees would effectively apply the knowledge and skills they had learned to make positive contributions to the development of Agribank Hoc Mon in the future.
