According to Mr. Vuong Tri Phong - Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Branch Region 13, the course is designed in a "practical" direction, not stopping at concepts but focusing on practicing practical situations at QTDND, helping students use AI as an effective virtual assistant in business operations.
Students are leaders of the People's Army.
The course is implemented through 6 specialized modules, closely linked to the core operations of QTDND:
Module 1: Applying AI in summarizing official dispatches, building green credit processes, and consulting customers - closely following the spirit of Official Dispatch 85/CV-NHNN.
Module 2: AI in internal audit – scan 100% transactions, detect violations, support writing risk reports, propose system improvements.
Module 3: AI supports loan application review, from financial analysis, SWOT, stress-test to credit report creation - helping to improve approval quality.
Module 4 & 5: Applying AI in business analysis and communication: writing quarterly reports, preparing slides, editing speeches, creating professional digital content.
Module 6: AI as a “digital chief of staff” – processing documents, reminding, assigning tasks and managing administration effectively.
QTDND officers are instructed and immediately practice AI tools in their work.
From theory to action, technological thinking is strongly activated
The learning atmosphere in both areas was lively, positive and practical, clearly reflecting the spirit of proactive learning and determination to digitally transform from the grassroots managers. Trainees not only accessed new tools but also grasped the mindset of operating with data and technology, ready to put AI from theory into practice.
