HUB ACCOMPANYING AGRIBANK BUILDING A PROFESSIONAL SALES TEAM

Faced with today's fierce competition, customer retention and development are increasingly important for survival. Whether customers are satisfied with the products and services provided by the bank or not is the decisive factor in sustainable income, revenue and profit, contributing to the sustainable development of banks. Currently, in addition to investing heavily in modern technology to create the necessary infrastructure for product and service development, meeting the increasing needs of customers, possessing high-quality human resources is also the golden key to help banks improve productivity and business efficiency, and is a shield to help banks stand firm in today's volatile financial market.

With the desire to own a team of increasingly professional staff, meeting customer tastes, attracting and retaining customers even the most demanding customers. On April 8 & 9, April 15 & 16, 2023, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) successfully coordinated to organize 02 training courses. “Communication, sales and customer care skills” for nearly 80 officers and employees of the Agribank system in Ho Chi Minh City area.

The training content has been developed by HUB to help learners improve their communication skills, helping learners overcome obstacles in the process of communicating with customers. In addition, the course also helps learners know how to apply the principles of communication in business to help understand the psychology and personality of customers to communicate more effectively and professionally, thereby providing a thoughtful, professional, dedicated customer care service with a professional sales team.
