Journey to improve sales performance of Vietcombank - Quang Nam with the training course "Counter sales skills"

Along with the continuous development of society, the competitive context in the market has become stronger than ever, which has changed the role of sales, making sales an extremely important part of the business. Obviously, sales skills are indispensable in all fields, including the field of banking business activities.

Understanding the importance of sales, on September 22 & 23, 2023 in Quang Nam province, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Quang Nam Branch (Vietcombank - Quang Nam) coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) to successfully organize a training course “Counter selling skills” for more than 40 students who are officers and employees working at Vietcombank - Quang Nam system.

With professional understanding and extensive experience in sales skills in the fields of finance and banking, the team of highly qualified lecturers and experts from HUB shared knowledge, skills, and methods for handling real-life situations that bank staff often encounter when communicating with customers such as: Communication and negotiation skills, quick calculation skills and strategic thinking, situation handling skills, quick sales closing skills and the art of handling rejection, etc. Mastering this knowledge and skills will help bank staff gain confidence, initiative in the work process, and flexibility with unexpected situations that arise during communication with customers, thereby boosting sales activities and achieving set goals and targets.

The success of this training course once again affirms the training quality of HUB, as well as the sustainable cooperative relationship that the two units have for each other.
