OVERVIEW

The Economic Law program at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB) is designed to meet the growing demand for highly specialized human resources in the field of economic law. With over 25 years of training experience, HUB offers a comprehensive, up-to-date, and practical curriculum in the ever-changing economic legal environment of Vietnam and the world.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

The Economic Law program aims to train legal professionals capable of:

The Economic Law program at HUB is conducted using a combination of distance learning and in-person classes:

ADMISSION OBJECTS

Candidates who have graduated with a bachelor's degree from domestic or foreign educational institutions with an overall academic record of 5.0 or higher (on a 10-point scale) and wish to apply for a different major than their previous bachelor's degree are eligible.

In the case of diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions, they must be recognized according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and certified by the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training, in accordance with current regulations.
