Economic Law Program

OVERVIEW

The Economic Law program at the Distance Learning and Technology Transfer Consulting Center (DTC) of the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City is designed to meet the increasing demand for human resources with in-depth expertise in the field of economic law. With more than 25 years of training experience, DTC offers a comprehensive, updated and practical curriculum in the ever-changing economic legal environment of Vietnam and the world.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

The Economic Law program aims to train legal professionals capable of:

• Master basic and in-depth knowledge of economic law
• Understand the principles and legal regulations in business operations
• Analyze and resolve legal issues arising in the business environment
• Legal advice for commercial, investment and financial transactions
• Represent and protect the legitimate interests of the business

TRAINING METHODS

The Economic Law program at DTC is conducted using a distance learning method combined with focused study sessions:

• Distance Learning: Students are provided with learning materials, textbooks and electronic learning materials for self-study.
• Study concentration: Organize tutorials, discussions and Q&A sessions at school facilities.
• Practical Practice: Case studies, court simulations, internships at law firms and businesses.
• Online Learning: Take advantage of a modern online learning system with video lectures, discussion forums and live interaction with instructors.
