Training program on AI application skills and practical legal issues in credit activities of People's Credit Funds

On April 4 and 5, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) and Tay Ninh Province Cooperative Union successfully organized the Training Program “AI Application Skills and Legal Practice Issues in Credit Activities of People's Credit Funds” attracted the participation of more than 60 students who are leaders of People's Credit Funds in Tay Ninh province.

                 Overview of the training program

The program aims to support People's Credit Fund leaders to leverage technology to provide better quality services to customers, thereby contributing to the development of the local financial system. At the same time, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) not only helps People's Credit Funds optimize operations, manage risks more effectively and meet diverse customer needs, but is also a strategic factor to improve operational efficiency and enhance competitiveness in the digital age.

With an important role in training high-quality human resources for the finance and banking industry, through specialized training programs, HUB not only provides the labor market with a source of human resources with in-depth specialized knowledge but also flexibility in applying necessary skills to meet the increasing demands of today's globalization trend.

The cooperation between HUB and Tay Ninh Province Cooperative Union in this training program demonstrates HUB's commitment to supporting and enhancing the capacity of credit institutions, especially in applying AI and digital transformation.
