On the morning of May 6, 2025, in My Tho City - Tien Giang, the 4th course in the program series "AI application skills in office management" was officially opened. The program was organized by Ho Chi Minh City Banking University in collaboration with the Center for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support (TISA) - Tien Giang Department of Finance, aiming to improve digital capacity for officials, civil servants and administrative staff.

AI in Practice: Learn to Do Now
The highlight of the course is the combination of fundamental theory and practical application in office operations. Students will directly practice with popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, Google Gemini, etc. and explore how to integrate them into familiar platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.
Models of “paperless office” and “virtual assistant for leaders” are also introduced to help students visualize and apply them immediately in their daily work.
Students are guided by instructors to get acquainted with and practice AI tools.

Each training course plays a practical role in promoting the comprehensive digital transformation process for administrative and office staff in Tien Giang province. Continuing in May 2025, the program will spread to Go Cong City, Cai Be, ... and many other localities.
