Agribank Bac Hai Phong and Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City join hands to promote digital transformation with AI application training course

On June 14 and 15, 2025, in Hai Phong City, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) cooperated with Agribank Bac Hai Phong branch to successfully organize the course “AI Application Skills in Administrative, Communications, Legal and Credit Work”. This is one of the activities in the AI Application Skills training program series deployed by HUB nationwide, targeting banks, financial institutions and administrative units.

Course Overview

The course attracted more than 200 officers and specialists of Agribank Bac Hai Phong branch, demonstrating the strong interest and commitment of the unit's leaders in promoting digital transformation. The program content is flexibly designed, closely following the practical needs of each job position, from automatic document processing, credit data analysis to AI applications in internal communications and legal risk control.

The class took place in a lively atmosphere, students enthusiastically participated in realistic simulation situations, demonstrating a spirit of learning and a desire to innovate thinking. Many students shared their desire to immediately apply the AI tools they learned into practice to improve work efficiency, minimize risks and increase customer service efficiency.
