Opening ceremony of pedagogical skills training program for internal lecturers and senior staff of Nam A Bank

Following the success of the training program "Teaching skills for internal lecturers" (Class 1) for 40 staff members who are internal lecturers at the headquarters of Nam A Bank (Nam A Bank) held in July 2023. On the morning of August 25, 2023, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) and Nam A Bank Training Center continued to coordinate to organize the training program. “Teaching skills for internal lecturers” (Class 2) for more than 50 students who are Heads/Deputy Heads of Departments, Team Leaders and senior officers currently working at Nam A Bank branches nationwide. The training program takes place from August 25 to September 8, 2023 at the campus of Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (39 Ham Nghi, District 1).

Representatives of the two units attended the opening ceremony with students.

Attending the Opening Ceremony were Ms. Tran Thi Diem Xuan - Deputy Director of the Center and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Van - Consultant of Nam A Bank Training Center; Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat - Director of the Center for Training in Economics, Finance - Banking (FBC) and Dr. Nguyen Phuc Quy Thanh - Lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City (directly teaching) along with the participation of more than 50 students attending the course.

With many years of experience in training for commercial banks, to meet the requirements and specific work of Nam A Bank, HUB has developed training content including 5 topics: (1) Active organization and teaching skills; (2) Presentation preparation skills; (3) Professional teaching/presentation skills; (4) Test writing skills; (5) Practice teaching. In addition, the direct lecturer is Dr. Nguyen Phuc Quy Thanh, who has more than 10 years of experience working and teaching for credit institutions and commercial banks, who will bring to the program methods such as Open discussion; Case study; Self-assessment; Mini-lecture; Role Play; Learning games; ... to increase the experience and practical application of learners.

After the course, students will master the basic principles of internal training methods from preparation to implementation, contributing to improving the quality of training, as well as being proactive in on-site training so that Nam A Bank can possess a comprehensive, high-quality human resource team, contributing to continuous development in the future.
