The Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking announces the organization of a training course. "Implementing the Internal Control System in accordance with Circular 62\/2025\/TT-NHNN"<\/strong> Intended for leaders, managers, and specialized personnel at People's Credit Funds, Cooperative Banks, and microfinance institutions.<\/p>\n

Circular No. 62\/2025\/TT-NHNN<\/strong> The regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam on the internal control system of credit institutions that are cooperatives and microfinance institutions will officially come into effect from [date]. 01\/01\/2027<\/strong>The circular sets out comprehensive requirements for the construction, improvement, and operation of internal control systems, especially for People's Credit Funds nationwide.<\/p>\n

To support units in proactively understanding new regulations and effectively implementing them in practice, the University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City is collaborating with... Participants<\/h2>\n

This course is suitable for the following groups of students:<\/p>\n

  • Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Director, Deputy Director, Head of the Supervisory Board at People's Credit Funds, Cooperative Banks, and microfinance institutions;<\/li>\n
  • Internal control officers, internal auditors, credit managers, and chief accountants;<\/li>\n
  • Officials from the State Bank of Vietnam branch are responsible for supervising People's Credit Funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Trainees must have at least some work experience at a People's Credit Fund or credit institution. 2 years<\/strong>The course does not require participants to have a prior background in risk management or internal control techniques.<\/p>\n

    Program content<\/h2>\n

    The training program is designed with a practical focus, helping trainees understand the requirements of Circular 62\/2025\/TT-NHNN and gradually apply them to management and control activities at their units. The main contents include:<\/p>\n
