On August 19 & 20, 2023, at the headquarters of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, Thua Thien Hue branch (Agribank - Thua Thien Hue), Ho Chi Minh City Banking University and Agribank - Thua Thien Hue successfully coordinated to organize the training program. \u201cUpdate knowledge on banking accounting\u201d<\/em><\/strong> for 80 students who are Head\/Deputy Head of Accounting and Treasury Department of Branches I, II, and officers on the list of candidates for the position of Head\/Deputy Head of Accounting and Treasury Department of Branches I, II currently working at Agribank - Thua Thien Hue.<\/p>\n

At the course, Dr. Dang Dinh Tan, Head of the Department of Accounting - Auditing, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, directly taught, shared and provided students with the latest knowledge and information related to accounting activities of commercial banks such as (1) Organization of accounting apparatus in commercial banks; (2) Management of accounting work; (3) Methods of storing accounting records and documents; (4) Updating the system of bank accounting accounts; (5) Updating new accounting policies; (6) Reading and understanding important issues on financial statements of commercial banks and some other contents... In addition, the lecturer also integrated practical situations commonly encountered in the process of accounting operations at banks to help students understand more deeply, apply more accurately and effectively the knowledge they have learned into real situations at the Bank. This knowledge is considered the foundation and guideline for Agribank - Thua Thien Hue accounting staff throughout the working process, helping to ensure high accuracy and compliance with regulations and laws.<\/p>\n

At the end of the course, Agribank - Thua Thien Hue staff were provided with a lot of professional knowledge, improved understanding, and helped themselves have more opportunities to improve their working capacity..<\/s> In addition, the course is also an opportunity for students to expand relationships, exchange and learn experiences among colleagues in the same system.<\/p>\n

The success of the course promises to contribute significantly to improving the efficiency of management and operation of activities at the Agribank - Thua Thien Hue branch in particular, as well as high-quality human resources, potential for the prosperous development of the Agribank system nationwide.<\/p>\n
