On the evening of May 17, 2023, at Amata Industrial Park, Dong Nai, the Center for Training in Economics, Finance - Banking (FBC), Ho Chi Minh City Banking University (HUB) in collaboration with E. SUN Bank (Taiwan) successfully organized the Opening Ceremony of the Training Course. \u201cCorporate Accounting and Financial Analysis\u201d <\/em><\/strong>for officers and employees working at E. SUN Bank system in Vietnam with direct training at Dong Nai Branch and online training with 02 Representative Offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.<\/p>\n

Attending the Opening Ceremony, on behalf of Ho Chi Minh City Banking University, there were Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Director of FBC; Dr. Nguyen Thi Cam Phu, Deputy Director of FBC and the team of lecturers directly involved in teaching. On behalf of E. SUN Bank, there were Mr. Kuo Yung Cheng, Director of Operations; Mr. Hsueh Po Yun, Head of Planning Department; Ms. Luong Diem Phuong, Head of Human Resources Department and more than 50 students who are officers and employees of E. SUN Bank.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Mr. Kuo Yung Cheng, Operations Director of E. SUN Bank, emphasized the importance of having a team of high-quality staff in the unit's sustainable development strategy. Therefore, E. SUN Bank has been increasingly focusing on training for the bank's staff. At the same time, he also believes that with the prestige and brand of HUB, it will bring E. SUN Bank quality training programs and promise long-term cooperation throughout the development process of E. SUN Bank.<\/p>\n

Also at the Opening Ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Director of FBC, said that in order to meet the training needs of businesses, HUB has constantly grasped the development trends and been flexible with the unpredictable fluctuations of the economic market. In recent times, HUB has focused on investing in building modern and comprehensive training programs to meet the urgent needs and specific work of each organization and business. In addition, HUB has also continuously invested in the quality of lecturers and experts with qualifications and rich practical experience to build a professional training environment, stimulate interest in learning as well as increase the experience for learners.<\/p>\n

The training course lasts for 7 months (from May to November 2023) and includes the main training contents of Banking Accounting and Corporate Financial Analysis with 12 topics on Overview of the banking system; Accounting principles; Taxes; Financial Accounting; Commercial Bank Accounting; Overview of corporate financial statements; Analysis methods; Analysis of business performance fluctuations; Analysis of assets - capital sources; Cash flow analysis; Analysis of debt repayment capacity; Analysis of business performance; Preparation of analytical reports. When participating in the training course, learners will be updated with new knowledge and practice the knowledge learned in specific situations in reality, thereby helping learners to apply flexibly and effectively in practical work. At the end of the course, learners will be granted a Certificate issued by Ho Chi Minh City Banking University.<\/p>\n

<\/a> At the end of the Opening Ceremony, the leaders of the two units agreed to continue researching and coordinating to implement more training courses to equip more in-depth professional knowledge, as well as necessary skills for the staff of E. SUN Bank to contribute to the sustainable development and prosperity of the E. SUN Bank system in particular and the economy in general.<\/p>\n
