Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat argued that equipping staff with practical professional knowledge will help them be more proactive in their work, contributing to risk reduction and improving the quality of operations at their units. He also affirmed that HUB always focuses on connecting training activities with the actual needs of financial and banking institutions, thereby accompanying them in developing and improving the quality of human resources.<\/p>\n

In banking operations, handling foreign currency cash is one of the areas that requires professional staff to have specialized knowledge and accurate verification skills. With the diversity of banknote designs, security features, and increasingly sophisticated counterfeiting methods, identifying genuine and counterfeit money requires not only caution but also a thorough understanding of the characteristic features of each type of currency.<\/p>\n

Based on that practical need, the training program was developed with the following focus: Skills in identifying genuine and counterfeit foreign currency for the three most common currencies: USD, GBP, and EUR.<\/strong>These foreign currencies have different identifying characteristics and security systems, requiring those performing the transaction to have inspection methods appropriate for each type of currency.<\/p>\n

In this program, students gain access to knowledge related to: Identifying features, security features, and methods for verifying the authenticity of foreign currency.<\/strong>Instead of approaching the subject from a purely theoretical perspective, the content is oriented towards practical requirements in the operational process, helping officers apply their knowledge to inspecting and handling foreign currency cash at their units.<\/p>\n
