Following the success of the two previous training courses, Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB) continues to implement... Course 3 of the training program "Implementing the Internal Control System according to Circular 62\/2025\/TT-NHNN"<\/strong> in Can Tho. The program was attended by leaders, managers, and professionals from various organizations. People's credit funds, cooperative banks, and microfinance institutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The course is organized in the context of Circular 62\/2025\/TT-NHNN will officially take effect from January 1, 2027.<\/strong>This places new demands on the construction, operation, and improvement of internal control systems at credit institutions. Proactively updating regulations, assessing the current situation, and preparing a suitable implementation roadmap are among the areas of particular interest to these institutions.<\/p>\n

Through this program, HUB continues to support credit institutions in improving their management capabilities and implementing new regulations into their operations.<\/p>\n

Accompanying the program are: Tran Thi Hai Van (MSc, FCCA, CIA)<\/strong> \u2013 experts in the field of auditing and internal control. The program is implemented in a way that combines: legal regulations, professional knowledge, and real-world scenarios<\/strong>This helps trainees not only understand the requirements of Circular 62\/2025\/TT-NHNN but also gradually approach the methods of building and operating an internal control system suitable to the specific characteristics of each unit.<\/p>\n

The discussions focused on key issues such as: The Three Lines of Defense model, risk governance framework, risk appetite, identification and assessment of key risks, internal control system design, monitoring mechanism, reporting, and implementation roadmap development.<\/strong>In addition to professional content, trainees also have the opportunity to directly interact with instructors, discuss real-world scenarios, and share implementation experiences at their respective organizations. The combination of knowledge and practical experience makes the training content more relevant to the daily work of officers directly involved in governance, internal control, internal auditing, and risk management.<\/p>\n
