The teamwork skills training session at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB) was not simply a lesson, but a true "practical training ground." From the very first minutes, the atmosphere was enlivened by the enthusiasm and initiative of the HUB students. Each group quickly joined in, clearly demonstrating their energetic spirit, willingness to challenge themselves, and readiness to push their limits. This positive energy created a unique training session \u2013 where each student was an important "piece" in the collective.<\/p>\n

The rules are clear, ready to join in! The HUB instructor will explain the regulations before the teams begin their team building activities.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

When teamwork is no longer just a theory.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The team-building activities are designed in levels, requiring teams to coordinate closely in both physical and mental aspects. In the code-breaking challenge, students must analyze facts, reason logically, and communicate accurate information within a time limit. For physical games like obstacle courses or team challenges, the key element lies in teamwork and mutual trust.<\/p>\n

In particular, some activities require teams to develop strategies on the spot: from assigning roles (leader, supporter, time-keeper) to optimizing resources for the best results. Unexpected situations are introduced to test quick reflexes, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure \u2013 skills that textbooks can hardly fully convey.<\/p>\n

HUB students overcome countless obstacles together \u2013 nothing is impossible!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

What can we learn from all the laughter?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Behind the exciting moments lies a very clear learning process. HUB students not only "play" but also gain a deeper understanding of how a team functions effectively. Many realize that communication is not just about speaking, but also about listening and adapting to suit the group.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, leadership skills were clearly demonstrated as some individuals proactively led the group through challenges. Others excelled in supporting, connecting, and boosting team morale. Through each activity, students gradually identified their suitable roles within the team, while simultaneously improving weaknesses such as lack of confidence, poor time management, or easily becoming "out of sync" when working together.<\/p>\n

Sitting together, HUB students freely exchange and discuss ideas, connecting concepts within small circles.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

It wasn't just a class \u2013 it was a memorable experience of my student life.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

When the challenges conclude, what remains is not just the win-loss result, but the journey of overcoming them together. The moments when the team was "stuck for ideas" but unexpectedly found a solution, or the times when coordination wasn't perfect but they persevered to the end\u2026 all of these created a memorable experience.<\/p>\n

For HUB students, this is not just a skills training session, but also an opportunity to get to know each other better, strengthen bonds, and build a strong team spirit. These experiences contribute to shaping a generation of students who are not only professionally competent but also possess solid skills \u2013 ready to adapt and thrive in the modern work environment.<\/p>\n
