On the afternoon of March 7, 2026, as part of its working visit to Hanoi, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB) visited and worked with the Hanoi Vocational College of Technology to expand its distance learning enrollment network in the Northern region. This activity contributes to increasing opportunities for students to access higher education in a flexible format, while affirming HUB's orientation towards developing a nationwide distance learning ecosystem.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

During the working session, Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat \u2013 Director of the Center for Distance Learning and Technology Transfer Consulting, representing HUB, directly discussed with the school's leadership about cooperation directions, surveyed student needs, and solutions for developing recruitment sources in the Northern region.<\/p>\n

Both sides agreed to continue strengthening coordination to expand access to learners with flexible learning needs; improve the effectiveness of communication and admissions counseling; and develop a nationwide network of admissions partnerships. At the same time, the two units also discussed the possibility of cooperating in implementing short-term training programs tailored to the needs of organizations and businesses, especially in the fields of digital skills, finance and banking, and practical skills enhancement programs.<\/p>\n

Expanding its presence in the North not only contributes to increasing enrollment but also demonstrates HUB's strategic direction in bringing higher education closer to learners nationwide.<\/p>\n

Hanoi Vocational College of Technology is one of HUB's important enrollment partners in implementing distance learning programs. With its advantageous training network in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the college plays an effective bridging role in reaching learners in many areas.<\/p>\n

Previously, in 2025, the two units signed a cooperation agreement in the field of student recruitment, creating a foundation for the implementation of distance learning programs, thereby spreading learning opportunities to a large number of learners nationwide.<\/p>\n

This meeting further strengthens the cooperative relationship and expands the development direction towards increasing enrollment scale, diversifying the target learners, and improving the effectiveness of program implementation, flexibly combining long-term training programs and short-term courses according to the needs of organizations and businesses.<\/p>\n

Based on this guiding principle, Hub's distance learning program<\/strong> to be implemented from the end of 2024 with the industry English Language<\/strong>This marks the beginning of a strategy to develop flexible training programs that adapt to the digital transformation trends in education.<\/p>\n

Following that, in 2025, HUB will expand into more sectors. Economic Law<\/strong>This will gradually improve the training catalog and affirm the attractiveness of the distance learning model to learners nationwide.<\/p>\n

Entering 2026, HUB continues to develop new training programs including: Finance \u2013 Banking<\/strong> (Focus on Digital Banking and Blockchain)<\/em>, Business administration<\/strong> (Digital Marketing orientation)<\/em> and Accountant<\/strong> (Digital Accounting orientation)<\/em>The programs are designed with a practical focus, linked to the real-world needs of the labor market in the context of the digital economy.<\/p>\n

Through this development roadmap, HUB distance learning not only expands in terms of the scale of its training programs but also gradually improves their quality, while simultaneously implementing short-term training programs to meet the needs of learners and businesses for updating their knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n

At the same time, HUB continues to create an educational environment based on its orientation. "Liberation \u2013 Interdisciplinary \u2013 Experience"<\/strong>, fostering creative thinking, innovation skills, and holistic development in learners, thereby creating sustainable value for individuals and society.<\/p>\n

In the coming period, HUB will continue to expand its partner network, boost enrollment activities, and develop diverse training programs, including both long-term programs and short-term courses to meet societal needs, aiming to provide learners and organizations with flexible and modern learning solutions.<\/p>\n

Through this, HUB is gradually affirming its position as a pioneering higher education institution in the field of distance learning and demand-driven training, making a positive contribution to the development of high-quality human resources, serving the digital transformation process and socio-economic development.<\/p>\n
