<\/p>\nOn July 19, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB) happily held the Opening Ceremony of the University-level Distance Learning Program in English Language Course II, Batch 1, 2025, online on the Zoom platform. The ceremony marked an important first step for new students from all over the country, gathering in a modern, flexible and quality learning environment.<\/p>\n

Opening Ceremony Images from Online Platform<\/em><\/p>\n Attending the ceremony were Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung - Principal of the School, Dr. Nguyen Tran Phuc - Vice Principal of the School, Associate Professor, Dr. Ha Thi Thieu Dao - Vice Principal of the School, leaders of units under HUB, representatives of the Center for Distance Learning and Technology Transfer Consulting, technology partner VNPT, lecturers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, and all new students of the second course of English Language.<\/p>\n In his opening speech, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung congratulated and welcomed the new students to officially join the HUB family and emphasized the role of distance learning in the context of digital transformation, helping learners access knowledge anytime, anywhere, while affirming that the training quality is always guaranteed by the School to be serious, scientific and close to the requirements of professional practice.<\/p>\n Continuing the program, the representative of the Center for Distance Learning and Technology Transfer Consulting, Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat, disseminated the regulations and rules during the learning process, helping students understand their rights, responsibilities and effective online learning methods.<\/p>\n Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat - Director of Training Center and TVCGCN disseminates training regulations<\/em><\/p>\n In addition, the sincere sharing from the first course students brought many emotions, inspiring new students about the spirit of self-study, perseverance and practical benefits from this training model.<\/p>\n Immediately after the opening ceremony, students enter the academic orientation program, which includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n Instructions for using the online learning system from a representative of VNPT - a companion in developing the training platform;<\/p>\n Students are introduced to the modern online training system from HUB<\/em><\/p>\n Introduce and guide the exploitation of the HUB Electronic Library, serving the needs of learning and research;<\/p>\n Students are instructed on how to use the electronic library effectively for distance learning.<\/em><\/p>\n Orientation on learning methods for English Language from lecturers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages helps students build effective thinking and learning paths in an autonomous environment.<\/p>\n Lecturers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages share about learning orientation for students <\/em><\/p>\n The ceremony ended in an exciting and cohesive atmosphere. This is not only the first milestone in the learning journey, but also demonstrates the spirit of \u201clearning without borders\u201d as the training philosophy that HUB always aims for.
