Following the success of the first training course, which attracted a large number of leaders and staff from People's Credit Funds, Cooperative Banks, and microfinance institutions nationwide, Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking (HUB) continues to implement the program. Course 2 of the training program "Implementing the Internal Control System according to Circular 62\/2025\/TT-NHNN"<\/strong>This meets the growing needs of organizations in preparing resources and improving their internal control systems in accordance with new regulations.<\/p>\n

This course is designed to support credit institutions in proactively implementing the requirements of Circular 62\/2025\/TT-NHNN before the official effective date of January 1, 2027. Beyond providing a legal framework, the program focuses on practical methods, tools, and experiences that participants can immediately apply within their organizations upon completion.<\/p>\n

The program content is designed with a practical approach, closely following the operations of People's Credit Funds and microfinance institutions. Participants will be guided in assessing the gap between their unit's current situation and the requirements of Circular 62; building a Three-Line-of-Defense model; establishing a risk management framework; identifying and evaluating key risks; designing an internal control system; building a monitoring and reporting mechanism; and completing compliance documentation according to regulations. In addition, case study sessions and direct Q&A sessions with experts will help participants overcome difficulties arising during implementation at their units.<\/p>\n

Continuing to support the program is Ms. Tran Thi Hai Van (MSc, FCCA, CIA), <\/strong>International experts in the fields of auditing and internal control will directly teach the course. With extensive experience in consulting and training for domestic and international financial institutions, the instructors will not only provide professional knowledge but also share many practical case studies, lessons learned, and solutions that can be applied immediately within the organization.<\/p>\n

One of the program's highlights is its integrated training method that combines theory and practice. Participants not only gain access to specialized knowledge but also engage in case analysis, exchange experiences with experts, and connect with leaders of People's Credit Funds, Cooperative Banks, and microfinance institutions nationwide. After the course, participants are provided with materials and forms for implementing the internal control system according to Circular 62 and continue to receive professional support from HUB's teaching staff.<\/p>\n
